Easy to install. My tv required spacer rings in the back of the tv and this mount did not have the right length screws so I had to go out and buy them. Other than that, no issues.

Got this for my Samsung55-8000-3D. Very easy to install. I wish the adjustment knobs were more accessible, but I find that I never tighten them. Once the adjustment knobs are slightly loose, the TV easily angles up to access connectors and down for viewing. I don't think I would want a mount closer to the wall.
